Consisted of 230,000 square feet of a custom designed over-clad system allowing the remaining curtain wall system to stay in place while the new system to be installed, thus accommodating the building to remain occupied and operational during construction.  The scope also includes approximately 20,000 square feet of field-glazed curtain wall located at the crown of the building.
