A 12-story mid-rise development situated on a site overlooking the Oklahoma City National Memorial.  The project was the first to feature 60,000 square-feet of our new fully-tested unitized curtain wall system.  With the incorporation of 40,000 square feet of currogated metal panel and custom design 14” deep aluminum vertical fins, the glazing appears to be a simple series of framed punched openings. However, with the utilization of unitized curtain wall, this project was able to be enlosed four (4) months faster than if built by conventional methods allowing for work to begin on the interior much earlier than if constructed using normal means.
